Dump Cake

Spread in bottom of Pyrex dish:

1 can cherries prepared pie filling
1 package cake mix (white or yellow)
Pour 1/2 or 2 sticks melted butter or margarine over this mixture.
Sprinkle 1 cup pecans on top.
Bake one hour at 325 degrees.

Other fruits may be substituted.
